On the product page, you'll find a bar with real-time availability information. If the product is in stock, you can add it to your cart immediately. And if it's temporarily out of stock, you can sign up for notifications – we'll let you know as soon as it's back in stock.

The limit on items in your cart is based on current product availability. If the system doesn't allow you to add more, it means we have fewer items in stock. This ensures you only order what we can ship immediately.

How long does it take to process an order?

When you order from us, you can count on fast and convenient delivery – both in Poland and abroad.
We ship throughout Poland, to most European countries and selected countries outside Europe.
Orders placed and paid for by 12:00 PM are shipped the same day. After 12:00 PM, orders are shipped the next business day. In Poland, delivery usually takes no longer than 3 business days from receipt of payment.
For international shipments, you will see the delivery time and available methods in the basket after selecting the country.
Each package is accompanied by an order confirmation, product specifications and a receipt or – upon request – a VAT invoice.

Yes, we offer in-store pickup in Wrocław at Skrzypowa Street 1. Simply call us in advance to schedule a convenient time. This is a great option if you want to pick up your purchases quickly and without delivery charges.

We want your shopping experience to be pleasant and hassle-free. However, if something doesn't meet your expectations, don't worry. You have 30 days to decide, and we'll cover the return shipping costs.

We don't do direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return the one you already have and place a new order. This makes the entire process quick, transparent, and hassle-free.

Once we approve your return, we'll transfer the funds to the same account you used to pay for the order. Processing time depends on your payment provider or bank, but by law, your refund will be processed no later than 30 days. In most cases, your money will be refunded much sooner.

Yes, you can return items purchased at a promotional price under the same terms as other items. Sale conditions do not limit your rights – you have a full 30 days to decide and receive free returns.

Yes, simply select the appropriate option in the shopping cart when placing your order and provide your company details. We'll include a VAT invoice with your package instead of a receipt. This way, everything is ready for you to settle immediately.
