How do I make a return in the Yamann online store?

Returns and complaints

We want your shopping experience to be enjoyable and hassle-free. However, if something doesn't meet your expectations, don't worry, we're here to help!

Do you want to return a product?

You have 30 days to decide if you want to keep the product and avoid paying shipping. It's on us!

What needs to be done?

  1. Log in with the email address you used to make your purchase in our store.
  2. In your user panel, next to the order you want to return, click "Request a return" .
  3. Once we have accepted your return request , please follow the instructions below for your country.

Returns within Poland

InPost - Parcel Locker / Quick Returns App

1. Go to: szybkiezwroty.pl/YAMANN

2. Complete the short returns form on the InPost website.

3. After completing the form, you will receive an InPost return code and you can send the parcel at any Parcel Locker/App Locker.

Returns within European Union countries (other than Poland)

DPD

1. Go to our DPD returns page

2. Enter your tracking number and follow the instructions on the DPD website

When will I get my refund?

The refund (including delivery costs*) will be made no later than 14 days after we receive your return.

The money will be sent to you via the same method you used to pay, unless we agree otherwise.

What if the product has a defect?

Set expectations

In your application you can request:
a) replacement or repair,
b) refund of part of the price,
c) full refund (if the defect is significant).

Wait for a response

We process complaints* within 14 days of receiving the notification and the product.

Wait for your refund

You are entitled to a refund of the shipping costs for the product in question if your complaint is accepted.

*We cannot accept complaints if:
a) the product has been mechanically damaged or used incorrectly,
b) the product was modified,
c) the defect was caused by the user's fault.
