Product description

A project by Areaware Studios, created in collaboration with Bower Studios, a New York-based design duo known for experimenting with form, optics, and unexpected associations, Table Tiles is a set of six hexagonal tiles that can be freely combined to create mosaic-like tabletop arrangements. The illusion of three-dimensionality is created through simple means—color contrast, rhythm of lines, and geometric precision.

A set of six coasters – they can be arranged into a larger composition or used separately
Function and form in one – the coasters work well as countertop protection for hot dishes, jugs or glasses.
Op art effect – black lines against a natural wood background create the optical illusion of depth and movement
Bower Studios project – a dynamic form that combines functionality with graphic expression
